PAYMENT TERMS

We require a minimum 50% deposit or full payment to secure your place on any event.

For bookings for two people or more, we ask for full payment 60 days before the event start date.

The Resolution Centre reserves the right to re-allocate the place to another delegate where we have not received fees in full.

Payment covers the cost of attending the event only and does not include any third-party costs, such as membership of professional or chartered bodies, or associations which are the responsibility of each individual.

DEPOSIT

You should settle any outstanding balance settle at least thirty days before the event start. For bookings made within six weeks of the course start, we require full payment upon registration.

Cancellation terms apply (below).

 

SUBSTITUTION

You may transfer a place at an event to a substitute delegate without charge. Please let us know of a change before the event starts.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling a place at an event will incur a cancellation fee as follows:

• within six weeks of the event start date – 50% fee
• within two weeks of the event start date – 75% fee or 85% for group bookings.
• within one week of the event 90% or 100% for group bookings.

We will charge the full fee for any cancellation made within the week of, on or after the start of the event, irrespective of factors outside of the delegate’s control.

In the case that The Resolution Centre cancels the event, we will provide a full refund. We accept no other liability.

 

NON- ATTENDANCE

Full event fees are payable if a delegate fails to attend an event.

 

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event or change the venue, content or dates at any time without any liability for consequential or indirect loss.

We will offer an alternative date, venue or event or a credit or a full refund.

We will endeavour to give delegates as much advance notice as possible of any such change.

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations outside our control; these would include adverse weather conditions, location, major incident or industrial action. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages.

 

EVENT CONTENT, SPEAKERS/TRAINERS

The Resolution Centre reserves the right to alter the event content and/or speakers/trainers at any time.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

We may take photographs during events for marketing purposes and may use these without further permission for website/printed promotional material, unless you request otherwise.

 

EVENT NOTES AND TRAINING

The Resolution Centre’s event notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation.

Neither The Resolution Centre nor its directors, employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of delegates, or those of other people reading the event notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the event content or the event notes.
